The accommodation had a residential location in a residential district. Beautifully decorated room, bed was comfortable plus there was a spacious bathroom. The staff was brilliantly helpful, they made our trip!

The stay at this place was enjoyable, and I was reluctant to leave due to the great overall experience, friendly staff, and central location near the airport, just 0.5 km away.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was wonderful to have so I didn't have to go out to eat my whole stay. The location is very convenient to everything and while they don't have parking, there is plentiful parking a block away at the Pru. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The air conditioning left a funny smell in the room and you could hear the occupants upstairs thru the ceiling.

Concierge was very helpful and pleasant. We got upgraded to an executive apartment at no extra cost.
It was a beautiful, designer apartment, but would have benefitted from a make-up mirror, or socket near to mirror - I think a man designed it!

This hotel was a great find. The location is right across the street from the Prudential Bldg, a few bLocks from Newberry St, with a t stop right around the corner. Very affordable prices for Boston. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Well decorated and spacious living room and bedroom (I loved the five windows and the fireplace). Extremely helpful staff (thanks, Thomas!). Excellent location - very quiet and still 2 min walk to metro, 12 min walk to Fenway Park, 30 min walk to downtown. Continental breakfast (simple but adequate). Would gladly return for tourism or business.

Our stay at the Inn @ St. Botolph was top-class...the helpful staff, beautifully decorated room, tasty continental breakfast and great location combined with the relaxed atmosphere within the Inn really made us feel at home! I attended college in Boston from 1977-1980 and dreamed of having a posh meal in the St. Botolph Restaurant, but had to setled for a great night's sleep at the same location!!!!

The location is excellent if you attend a conference at the Hynes Convention Center. The staff was rather friendly.
There is only cleaning of rooms on demand and a daily refreshing would be appreciated given the price. Trash needed to be brought to garbage yourself which is not really service.
